The “Ripples” Japanese Teacups are teacups made using two different stoic raw stoneware clay bodies on the outside that contrasts with the glossy, light inside.
Each cup is hand-painted with it’s inverse color clay and hand-carved to create flowing and organic “ripple-like” movement on the cup, reminiscent of Zen Japanese tea gardens or a ripple in a calm pond from a single drop of water.
These 6oz cups are perfect for pairing with your favorite tea, cortado, or sake.
Care Instructions: They are dishwasher and microwave safe, however hand-washing is recommended to preserve its beauty for years to come.
